Job description

Utilize AI capabilities within ServiceNow to enhance automation and efficiency

Build and manage secure authentication mechanisms:

  • OAuth
  • Basic Authentication
  • Certificates

Develop and maintain:

  • Custom APIs
  • Web Services
  • Data synchronization jobs

Enforce coding standards, performance optimization, and component reusability

Participate in:

  • Code reviews
  • QA testing
  • Production support

Contribute to platform architecture decisions and solution design

Collaborate with:

  • Business Analysts
  • Process Owners
  • Security and Infrastructure teams

Ensure compliance, security, and data integrity

Requirements

We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in platform development, integrations, and automation. The role involves designing and implementing advanced ServiceNow solutions, leading integrations, leveraging AI capabilities, and collaborating closely with business, security, and infrastructure teams, preferably within the Healthcare / Medical domain.

Experience: - 10+ Years

Location: - Franklin, TN (Hybrid role, 3 days onsite)

Responsibilities: -

10+ years of hands on ServiceNow development experience, including integrations

Strong experience with ServiceNow key modules:

  • ITSM
  • CMDB
  • Flow Designer

Proven experience in system integrations using:

  • REST / SOAP
  • XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS
  • HTTP based services

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

Experience deploying and supporting ServiceNow Discovery

Strong experience in Healthcare / Medical industry environments, Design and implement advanced ServiceNow solutions, including:

  • Workflows
  • UI Policies
  • Business Rules
  • Client Scripts
  • Custom Applications

Configure and enhance core ServiceNow modules:

  • Incident
  • Problem
  • Change
  • Request
  • CMDB
  • Knowledge
  • Asset Management

Develop and support custom integrations between ServiceNow and external systems

Lead integrations using:

  • REST / SOAP APIs
  • MID Servers
  • JDBC
  • Integration Hub

Leverage Flow Designer to build low code / no code workflows, Engineering Degree BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.

Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.
