Job description
Duties:Ensure Automated Warehouse System (ASRS) continuous operation and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) goals by monitoring equipment health, troubleshooting and correcting any errors or equipment failures; Support the design, implementation and validation of the physical and automated material movement flow of inbound and outbound materials between the automated storage systems and Production areas; Support and ensure successful integration and update of the between the current Automated Warehouse Management Control Systems SAPeWMERP system, Host interfaces, Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs) and any new capacity expansion initiatives; Support design & implementation of business processes associated with the Automated warehouse Oversight of the Automated warehouse equipment including cranes, conveyors, Automated Guided Vehicles and other material management equipment; Work closely with Engineering, Digital Technology Innovation, Maintenance, Construction, Commissioning/Qualification, EHSS and Design teams to provide support planning, coordination and execution of the Automated Warehouse System; Be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the Automated Warehouse Management Software/Hardware, AGVs, Host interfaces (SAPeWM) including change management, quality management and document management; Drive the ASRS / AGV support team including managing trainings and 100% operations uptime; and Support capital planning for expansion, recapitalization for new or existing warehouse systems and equipment.Supervises direct reports.
Requirements
Requirements:Masters degree (or foreign equivalent) in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering or a related field and18 monthsof experience in the job offered or in an Engineering related occupation. The position requires 1 year of experience in the following:

Automated systems andRobotics;
-
Allen Bradley Automation SCADA and PLCPlatform;
-
Automation controls experience within a manufacturing supportenvironment;
-
Knowledge of Automated Systems operation andmanagement;
-
Experience in an FDA (cGMP) or regulated environment in the Pharmaceutical or Biotechnologyindustry;

Automation systems troubleshooting and issue resolution experience; and
-
Knowledge of the project management cycleandtosupportin the development and delivery of projects.

Job type:Full Time position. The annual salary range for this position in the U.S. is$142,955.00- $162,947.00per year. Also, this position offers stock, retirement, medical, life and disability insurance and eligibility for an annual bonus or for sales roles, otherincentive compensation. The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
