Job description
We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Payroll Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite Payroll. The ideal candidate will have a blend of functional and technical skills, along with proven experience working with state or government clients., * Implement, support, and enhance Oracle EBS Payroll modules
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
- Configure payroll elements, balances, and reports within Oracle EBS
- Develop and customize solutions using PL/SQL, Fast Formulas, and APIs
- Troubleshoot payroll processing issues and provide timely resolutions
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams for seamless integrations
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
- Support upgrades, patches, and system enhancements
Requirements

8+ years of experience in Oracle EBS (HRMS/Payroll)

Strong knowledge of Oracle Payroll (US)

Hands-on experience with:

Fast Formulas

Payroll processing and year-end activities

PL/SQL, Oracle Reports, and Interfaces
Experience working with state or government clients (highly preferred)
Solid understanding of payroll laws and compliance
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Oracle EBS R12
- Exposure to Benefits, OTL (Oracle Time & Labor), or HR modules
- Prior experience in public sector projects
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
