SharePoint & Microsoft 365 Engineer

STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a SharePoint & Microsoft 365 Engineer on behalf of our client in Tallahassee, FL. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who excels in managing enterprise collaboration platforms, ensuring security, and driving automation within Microsoft 365 environments. You will play a key role in maintaining platform stability, optimizing performance, and supporting enterprise-wide initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server environments
• Manage Microsoft 365 users, groups, permissions, and security configurations
• Monitor, maintain, and optimize SharePoint infrastructure for performance and reliability
• Troubleshoot platform, server, and access-related issues efficiently
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell
• Implement and manage backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support enterprise initiatives
• Create and maintain technical documentation and provide user training as needed

• 4+ years of experience in IT engineering or systems administration
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server
• Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 / Office 365 environments
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation
• Experience with system monitoring, performance tuning, and security best practices
• Solid background in infrastructure, server, and platform support

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCSA, MCSE, Microsoft 365)
