Job description
We are looking for an experienced SharePoint & Microsoft 365 Engineer to support and maintain enterprise collaboration platforms. This role focuses on SharePoint administration, security, automation, and troubleshooting across Microsoft 365 environments.
What You'll Do
- Administer SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server
- Manage Microsoft 365 users, groups, permissions, and security
- Monitor, maintain, and optimize SharePoint infrastructure
- Troubleshoot platform, server, and access issues
- Automate tasks using PowerShell scripting
- Implement backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes
- Support enterprise projects and create documentation/training
Requirements
- 4+ years in IT engineering or systems administration
- 5+ years supporting SharePoint Online / SharePoint Server
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365 / Office 365
- Hands-on PowerShell scripting and automation
- Experience with monitoring, performance tuning, and security best practices
- Background in infrastructure, server, and platform support
Nice to Have
- Microsoft certifications (MCSA, MCSE, or Microsoft 365)
- Experience supporting large enterprise environments
