Job description

  • We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead and deliver application development and digital transformation initiatives. This role involves driving end-to-end program execution, including planning, coordination, and governance across multiple projects. The individual will be responsible for creating and managing comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, cost, and quality objectives, while proactively addressing risks and issues., * Initiate Phase: Strategy and Approach Decks, Business Value Case, Cost Tracker, Risk Profile and Assessment, Resource Sourcing Strategy, Program Collaboration Tools Strategy, Concept Acceptance Decks
  • Planning Phase: Program Charter, Jira Initiatives, Epics, and Stories, Project Plan (detailed and high-level), Cost and Benefits Tracker, Resource Plan, Hiring Status Dashboard, Resource Allocation Master and Status Dashboard, Project Plan Commit Deck
  • Execution Phase: Status Reports, Success Metrics Log Entries, RAID log Entries, Change log Entries, Escalation Procedure, Team Building Exercises, Team Recognition, Transition to Support Deck
  • Close Phase: Warranty Period Agreement, Executive Summary of Validated Benefits Realization, and Summary of Retrospective Lessons Learned

Requirements

  • 7+ Years of experience as a Technical Program Manager for App Dev or Digitial project Experience and Development programs
  • 6+ years of experience in creating project plans which includes scope, schedule, cost, quality, organization, communication, staffing, risk and issue management
  • 5+ years of experience in Advanced skills in SharePoint, JIRA and MS Office Excel and PowerPoint and other tools

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Program/Project management experience using a formal methodology including Waterfall or Agile
  • At least 7+ Years of as a Project/program Manager
  • Created project plans which includes scope, schedule, cost, quality, organization, communication, staffing, risk and issue management.
  • Ability to multi-task between concurrent assignments, prioritize effectively, and adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles; works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative and proactive problem solver self-motivated with ability to work well in teams and cross-departments.
  • Advanced skills in Web Experience Development, Sitecore, Microsoft SharePoint, JIRA and MS Office Excel and PowerPoint and other tools
