Job description
As an Agile Coach , your responsibilities will include:

Coaching and developing Scrum Masters as well as key members of the Agile organization to strengthen their posture, autonomy, and impact within the teams

Assessing the agile maturity of teams and defining progression plans to ensure consistent and measurable capability development across the organization

Consolidating and harmonizing agile practices to ensure a common methodological framework while respecting the specific needs of each team

Designing and managing agile performance indicators to make team evolution visible and support managerial decision-making
-
Facilitating cross-team collaboration and resolving organizational impediments to streamline value flows and reduce dependencies

Challenging existing ways of working in light of core agile principles to identify improvement levers and eliminate low-value practices

Designing and facilitating effective retrospectives and action plans to translate learnings into concrete and sustainable improvements

Supporting managers and leadership in adopting agile leadership principles to create an environment that fosters autonomy and accountability

Reporting on the progress of the agile transformation to stakeholders in order to ensure transparency, maintain engagement, and guide investment decisions

Acting as a catalyst for change by influencing behaviors and organizational culture to transform agility from a set of practices into a shared mindset
Requirements
-
5+ years of professional experience, including at least 3 to 5 years as an Agile Coach, Senior Scrum Master, or in a similar role, with strong exposure to coaching agile teams

Excellent command of Scrum and Kanban, as well as experience with at least one scaling framework (SAFe, LeSS, or Nexus)

Proven experience in improving team performance: increasing velocity, optimizing sprint effectiveness, reducing friction points, and implementing continuous improvement plans

Strong ability to define, monitor, and interpret agile KPIs (velocity, lead time, cycle time, sprint predictability, team health) with a data- and results-driven mindset

Solid knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and the Atlassian ecosystem, with an affinity for reporting and KPI monitoring (Excel / dashboards)

Excellent coaching, facilitation, assertiveness, and change management skills, with the credibility required to challenge teams, Scrum Masters, and managers

An entrepreneurial and solution-oriented mindset: we are looking for a proactive individual who takes initiative, moves forward pragmatically, embraces a test-and-learn approach, and turns obstacles into opportunities for improvement

Strong command of French and English; knowledge of Dutch is considered a plus
