Job description

  • Collaborate on cross-functional projects with consultants, domain experts, and clients to design and implement agentic systems and solve complex industrial challenges. You will develop and architect solutions that leverage foundation models and multi-agent frameworks to advance our customers' AI Strategy and processes.
  • Engage with clients to translate complex operational and business requirements into project approaches and technical solutions
  • ·Develop production-grade code and implement AI solutions, collaborating with third-party developers to program reliable and scalable features in OT & IT integrated environments. Help design the overall architecture for enterprise and industrial AI solutions.
  • Communicate results to stakeholders of all seniority levels - from top management to plant operators & end users - ensuring clear understanding of AI's impact on industrial and enterprise processes.
  • Act as a key innovator and thought leader in our practice, prototyping novel solutions that demonstrate the transformative power of agentic and AI technologies.
  • Enjoy project-related travel and work on exciting challenges at our customer's sites.

Requirements

  • Education: Outstanding academic degree (Master's/Diploma/PhD) in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related fields, complemented by a strong specialization in Data Science, Machine Learning or Data Engineering
  • Hard-Skills: Experience in building and deploying GenAI applications and with one or more agentic AI frameworks (e.g., Google ADK, OpenAI Agents SDK, Claude Agents SDK) to create and integrate AI agent. Proficiency in Python for data analytics, automation, and AI development and Cloud Platform expertise (focus: Azure, incl. Microsoft Foundry). Knowledge of Data Warehousing & Engineering (focus: Snowflake & dbt)
  • Experience: Relevant practical experience through at least two internships in a consultancy, a renowned industrial or tech company, or a start-up and a proven track record of excellence in consulting with data and AI in relevant domains.
  • Domain: Hands-on experience with AI applied to business or industrial data (e.g., time series, process optimization, document intelligence) and IT/OT architecture experience and knowledge of industrial standards
  • Personality: Strong drive, entrepreneurial and innovation mindset. A high degree of curiosity and willingness to learn, social skills and team spirit as well as communication skills in English
