Network Engineer

We are looking for a hands-on Network Engineer who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and is excited to grow with a scaling organization. This role is ideal for someone early-to-mid in their career who enjoys building and supporting modern network and Microsoft environments while delivering a high level of service to clients.

You will be responsible for supporting and maintaining core network infrastructure alongside Microsoft-based systems, while also assisting with day-to-day support across client environments., * Support and maintain network infrastructure, including firewalls, routing, switching, and VPN connectivity

• Configure and troubleshoot network performance and connectivity issues across client environments
• Monitor network health and assist with identifying and resolving outages or bottlenecks
• Build, deploy, and maintain Microsoft environments (Office 365 / Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune)
• Troubleshoot and resolve client support tickets across both network and systems issues
• Assist with infrastructure and network projects (implementations, upgrades, migrations)
• Provide white-glove, customer-focused support to clients
• Maintain documentation of client environments, configurations, and procedures

• 2-5 years of experience in network engineering, systems, or IT support roles
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, firewalls)
• Experience supporting Microsoft environments (O365, Azure, Intune)
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently
• Professional communication skills with a customer-first mindset
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
• Eagerness to learn and expand technical skill sets

Preferred Experience:

• Experience working in an MSP or consulting environment
• Exposure to firewall configuration and network security best practices
• Experience with endpoint management and device deployment (Intune or similar)
• Basic scripting or automation experience (PowerShell is a plus)
• Experience supporting small-to-mid-sized business environments
