SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Consultant

• Lead and support SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) implementations, enhancements, and support activities.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Configure SAP PM Modules Including:

• Maintenance Planning.
• Work Order Management.
• Notifications.
• Preventive Maintenance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including MM (Materials Management) and EAM (Enterprise Asset Management).
• Support integration points between SAP PM and other SAP modules.
• Provide guidance on best practices and industry standards in plant maintenance processes.
• Participate in system testing (Unit Testing, Integration Testing, UAT).
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
• Conduct user training and create documentation as needed.

We are seeking an experienced SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Senior Consultant to support a direct client engagement. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in SAP PM, hands-on configuration experience, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions., * 8+ years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP PM configuration and support.
• Experience with full lifecycle implementations (at least 1-2 projects preferred).
• Good understanding of integration with SAP MM and other logistics modules.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills., * Experience with S/4HANA PM.
• Knowledge of EAM processes.
• Prior experience working in public sector or utilities environments is a plus.
• SAP certification in PM is a plus.
