MDM Technical Lead

Looking for an MDM Technical Lead having experience with Semarchy. Proficient in data engineering skillsets, including experience with cloud data pipelines and tools such as Azure Data Factory, DBT, FiveTran, and Snowflake Must be local to NY as they need someone who can go to office 3 days a week Must : Azure Data Factory and Semarchy MDM Roles and Responsibilities:

• Analyze master data to identify trends and patterns that enhance business processes and decision-making, providing expert guidance on MDM best practices
• Develop and maintain applications using Semarchy MDM tools, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with MDM protocols
• Design, deploy, and optimize data pipelines in Azure using tools such as ADF, DBT, FiveTran, and Snowflake to achieve high performance and scalability
• Lead and manage teams, providing strategic planning and oversight to align with organizational goals and ensure timely delivery of solutions
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, negotiating and influencing critical decisions while clearly articulating the benefits and constraints of technology solutions

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant certifications in MDM or data management are preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Master Data Management, with hands-on operational experience in data stewardship and product ownership
• Proficient in data engineering skillsets, including experience with cloud data pipelines and tools such as Azure Data Factory, DBT, FiveTran, and Snowflake
• Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, data quality management, and data governance principles
• Onsite requirement: Must be able to work onsite 3 times per week
