5-10 years of BASIS Skills, Rev Track moving from Solution Manager to Cloud ALM (Or BTP experience is a big plus). Although they are saying 5 years, they need somebody Sr that can ideally come in and hit the ground running.
Cloud systems Using AWS but okay with Azure or AWS.

Required Technical Skills (5+ years)

5+ years of experience in SAP Basis Administration
Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and SAP HANA database administration
Experience with Linux systems (RHEL/SUSE) supporting SAP workloads
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure)
Knowledge of automation and infrastructure-as-code tools (Itential, etc.)
Experience with SAP system lifecycle management (installation, upgrade, migration, decommissioning)
Familiarity with SAP Fiori, SAP BTP, and cloud integrations
Strong understanding of high availability, disaster recovery, and system resiliency architectures
Experience with monitoring tools (Solution Manager or Cloud ALM)
Understanding of networking, storage, and virtualization concepts
