Job description
Design, develop, and enhance integration solutions between ERP, CRM, and other enterprise applications using Dell Boomi.
Monitor existing interfaces, troubleshoot failures, and resolve data flow issues to maintain stable system operations.
Partner with technical and business teams to define integration needs and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
Create and maintain reusable integration processes, mappings, and documentation to support long-term maintainability.
Optimize integration performance, reliability, and error handling across cloud-based and on-premises systems.
Support deployment activities, testing efforts, and post-implementation validation for new and updated integrations.
Contribute to improvements involving enterprise application connectivity, including changes tied to broader platform or process updates.
Ensure data exchanges align with security, governance, and operational standards within the enterprise environment.
Requirements
Bachelors or higher degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
Expert experience developing enterprise integrations with Dell Boomi (5+ years).
Proven ability to work with ERP, CRM, and related business systems in complex environments.
Experience supporting integrations across both cloud platforms and on-premises applications.
Solid troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify and resolve interface and data issues efficiently.
Understanding of integration architecture, data mapping, API connectivity, and middleware best practices.
Ability to document technical solutions clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Boomi Developer or Architect Certification, highly preferred.
Familiarity with different data formats, such as JSON, XML, and CSV.
Proficiency in programming languages, such as Java or Python.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and containerization tools, such as Docker or Kubernetes.
Experience working with Oracle applications (e.g RMS/MFCS, ReSA/SACS, RDF).
