Senior Product Designer (UI/UX - AI Powered Platform)

• You'll have real ownership over a product designed for some of the most consequential decisions organizations make: who they hire and how they grow their people
• You'll work directly with founders, product, and engineers who care deeply about design
• You'll help shape what our product becomes, not just how it looks
• You'll help define what AI enabled design looks like in a category that's overdue for reinvention

While we are based in Atlanta, this role allows for 100% remote work. You must live in ET or CT time zones. (Not West Coast), Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Designer with experience designing the UI/UX of B2B software applications be our thought leader on software product design from a UI/UX standpoint and to accelerate product development by rapidly prototyping and deploying intuitive UI designs utilizing advanced GenAI technologies. The role focuses on enhancing the intuitive usability of our B2B application and simplifying the functionality. We are looking for someone who is comfortable with an iterative approach to design as it evolves daily!, * 5+ years of product design experience in SaaS products, ideally B2B

• Ability to think from first principles instead of simply applying "standard" UX processes
• Skill at breaking down complex user problems by asking questions that narrow the solution space
• Enough experience that your intuition can solve many usability problems without relying solely on data, metrics, or user research
• Curiosity and resourcefulness to come up with creative solutions and de-risk them appropriately
• Strong skills in information architecture, layout, navigation, UI, and interaction design
• Strong visual design skills and an obsession with craft and details
• Genuine curiosity about AI, not just as a user, but as a designer thinking about what new interaction paradigms it makes possible
• Bonus: experience at an early stage startup or as a solo designer on a team
