IT ANALYST

As an IT Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our company's technological infrastructure. You will work closely with our IT team to ensure the smooth operation of all systems and applications. This is a full-time position with the opportunity for growth and development within the company., Monitor and maintain the company's network, servers, and other IT systems

• Troubleshoot and resolve any hardware, software, or network issues
• Perform regular backups and ensure data security and integrity
• Install, configure, and update software and applications as needed
• Provide technical support to employees and assist with any IT-related inquiries
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions to improve efficiency and productivity
• Create and maintain documentation of IT systems and procedures
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and address any technology needs
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to improve the company's IT capabilities

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of network and server administration
• Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues
• Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems
• Familiarity with cloud computing and virtualization
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
