IT ANALYST

Jonesbororealtycompany is seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Analyst to join our growing team. As an IT Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the development, implementation, and maintenance of our company's technology systems. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company., Collaborate with various departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions to improve efficiency and productivity

• Design, develop, and implement technology systems and processes to support business operations
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
• Conduct regular system updates and maintenance to ensure optimal performance and security
• Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions
• Train and support employees on the use of technology systems and tools
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to recommend innovative solutions to meet business needs
• Develop and maintain documentation for systems, processes, and procedures
• Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure quality and timely delivery of services
• Assist with the development and implementation of disaster recovery and business continuity plans
• Participate in project planning and management, ensuring timely and successful completion of projects

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of network and system administration, including experience with Windows and Linux operating systems
• Experience with virtualization, cloud computing, and network security
• Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, or SQL
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proven project management skills
