Job description

  • Work with large datasets in Excel - sorting, filtering, joining, pivoting, and validating data to produce accurate analytical outputs
  • Build and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, and analytical workbooks that support internal decision-making and external client and stakeholder deliverables
  • Develop and maintain visualizations in Tableau (or comparable BI tool) to communicate analytical findings clearly to internal and external audiences
  • Review output from our clients internal analytical tools, verify accuracy against source data, and assemble the results into clean, well-formatted reports
  • Produce and maintain data quality checks across datasets; identify, flag, and resolve discrepancies, inconsistencies, and missing values
  • Organize and document data sources, field definitions, and workbook logic so that reports are reproducible and reviewable by others
  • Support the preparation of client-facing and government-facing deliverables, including formatting, quality review, and final assembly
  • Partner with the data engineering team to surface issues with upstream data and propose refinements based on what the analytical work requires

Requirements

We are looking for new grads or Analysts with 1-2 years of experience who are interested in Federal Consulting, client facing roles.   • Strong Excel skills - comfort with formulas, pivot tables, lookups, conditional logic, and building structured workbooks from raw data
  • Demonstrated analytical aptitude: ability to work through data, identify patterns and inconsistencies, and reach defensible conclusions
  • Must be eligible to support a federal program and get processed for a clearance.
