Senior .Net Engineer

The Senior .NET Engineer will help modernize a mature healthcare software platform currently deployed within client network environments. This person will play a key role in moving legacy .NET architecture forward while keeping the product reliable, secure, and appropriate for healthcare clients who are not moving the core platform to the cloud., Drive modernization from .NET Framework 4.x toward .NET Core / modern .NET Improve existing product architecture, maintainability, and performance Build clean, scalable backend functionality within a client-hosted environment Partner with architect-level and senior engineering team members Make sound technical decisions with limited oversight Support future product direction, including possible AI-enabled capabilities over time

6-7+ years of professional .NET engineering experience Strong C#, .NET Framework, and modern .NET / .NET Core background Experience modernizing or migrating legacy .NET applications strongly preferred Comfortable working on mature, business-critical software products Able to operate independently without heavy hand-holding Strong core engineering fundamentals and practical problem-solving ability Healthcare technology experience preferred, especially client-hosted or enterprise healthcare systems Comfortable in a small engineering team where every person owns their work
