Staff Software Engineer, Infrastructure Foundations

• Design and develop systems to enhance cloud scalability for global growth
• Contribute to the architecture of distributed systems and oversee execution
• Co-author strategic roadmaps prioritizing scalability and reliability
• Build robust network, storage, and compute systems with high availability
• Develop partnerships with engineering, security, and product teams for goal alignment
• Lead design reviews emphasizing reliability and scalability of systems
• Engage with stakeholders to gain insights and inform infrastructure decisions

• 8+ years of programming experience in languages like Go or Java, with concurrency expertise
• Proven leadership in cross-functional engineering projects within cloud infrastructure
• Strong collaborative and communication skills to align diverse teams and stakeholders
• Experience in designing distributed systems with an understanding of concurrency
• Deep expertise in at least one infrastructure area (compute, networking, storage)
• Hands-on experience with major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure) focused on optimization
• A practical mindset for technical excellence, scalability, and operational reliability
