Job description

Own and define the technical roadmap for the company's enterprise data architecture
Design and implement secure, scalable data solutions for cross-functional analytics
Lead the design of logical and physical data models for enterprise metrics and dashboards
Establish data quality and governance standards for defining core data concepts
Collaborate on delivering core data products that support analytics and reporting needs
Mentor engineers and model organizational values through technical leadership

Requirements

8+ years in scalable data platform development and production pipeline management
Experience leading cross-functional technical initiatives and architectural decision-making
Proficient with cloud data ecosystems (AWS) and modern data warehouses like Redshift and Snowflake
Strong background in OLTP and OLAP data modeling for reusable BI and reporting solutions
Hands-on experience in data quality and governance frameworks in sensitive environments
