TELECOMMUTE Sr. Forward Deployment Engineer

In this role, you will be a key leader driving AI and data transformation for a core business unit. You will play a strategic role in integrating AI/ML, advanced analytics, and modern engineering practices to deliver measurable business outcomes.

This position requires a strong technology leader with experience building and scaling global engineering teams and platforms. You will lead the development and evolution of complex systems, working closely with product, design, and business stakeholders to maximize user impact and ROI through a client-centric approach., * AI & Data Transformation: Drive adoption of AI/ML, data, and analytics to improve business capabilities and outcomes

• Engineering Leadership: Ensure delivery of high-quality, scalable software and data systems
• Operational Excellence: Improve processes, standards, and engineering practices
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to define and execute product and technology roadmaps
• Problem Solving: Handle complex technical and organizational challenges
• Data Strategy: Stay updated with emerging trends and implement forward-looking data strategies
• System Development: Design, build, and maintain highly complex enterprise systems

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in software or data engineering
• 7+ years in full-stack enterprise application development
• Experience with modern application frameworks and relational databases
• Strong experience with REST APIs / Microservices
• Experience building AI/ML-powered platforms (minimum 2+ years)

Preferred Qualifications

• Master s degree in a relevant field

• Experience defining and managing technology strategy

• Expertise in building secure, scalable enterprise platforms

• Strong knowledge of:

• Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI, LLMs

• Cloud-native architectures (serverless, containers, event-driven systems)

• Public cloud platforms

• Large-scale data systems and pipelines

• Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines

Experience with observability, monitoring, and NoSQL systems
