Requirements
7+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementation, with at least 3+ years specifically focused on the SPM/ITBM suite.
Platform Expertise: Deep knowledge of ServiceNow Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Flow Designer.
SPM Mastery: Expert-level understanding of the Investment Funding, Strategic Planning Workspace, and Resource Allocations.
Certifications:
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Strategic Portfolio Management (CIS-SPM)
Preferred: Certified Application Developer (CAD) or ITIL Foundations.
Methodologies: Strong grasp of Agile, Scrum, and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
