- Collaborate closely with UX researchers and developers to translate user research findings into intuitive interface solutions that meet user needs and business goals.
- Conduct usability testing, A/B testing, and analysis using Google Analytics, Google Analytics 360, Adobe Analytics, and other web analytics tools to gather insights for continuous improvement.
- Design information architecture that enhances content organization and navigation flow across digital platforms.
- Utilize scripting skills in JavaScript or Python to prototype interactive elements or automate repetitive design tasks when necessary.
- Perform data analysis to interpret user behavior patterns and inform design decisions that optimize user engagement.
- Manage content within content management systems (CMS) like SharePoint or similar platforms to ensure consistency and accessibility of digital assets.
Requirements
- Proven experience in UI design for web or mobile applications with a strong portfolio showcasing wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, Balsamiq, Visio, Omnigraffle, InVision, and Adobe Target.
- Solid understanding of usability principles, information architecture, UX best practices, and accessibility standards.
- Hands-on experience with web analytics platforms including Google Analytics (and Google Analytics 360), Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Target for data-driven design enhancements.
- Familiarity with scripting languages like JavaScript or Python for interactive prototyping or automation tasks.
- Knowledge of analysis skills related to user research methodologies such as surveys, interviews, heatmaps, or session recordings.
- Ability to utilize wireframing tools like Balsamiq or Axure to rapidly develop concepts for stakeholder review.
- Strong communication skills to present ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including developers and product managers.
