The Software Engineer III, Community Builders will play a key role in building and improving backend services that support community growth and engagement. This position is responsible for developing scalable and reliable systems that meet the needs of community builders. The role contributes to the full product lifecycle and requires working closely with cross-functional teams. It offers an opportunity to impact how communities are built and maintained on the platform.
- Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain backend application services focusing on performance, security, and scalability

Collaborate with product managers, designers, data scientists, and engineers to deliver quality products

Participate in the entire development cycle including design, testing, experimentation, analysis, and launch

Write design documentation and code, and incorporate feedback

Continuously enhance technical and non-technical skills
Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative or computer science-related field

Minimum of 2 years software engineering experience in scalable computing environments

Strong desire to learn and adapt to new technologies

Effective communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams

Self-directed, innovative, and action-oriented with an ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous settings

- Pay Range and Compensation Package:

Base salary range: $164,200 to $229,900 USD

Eligible for equity in the form of restricted stock units and potentially commission depending on role
