Senior Software Engineer

• Operate as a craftsperson involved in the holistic development and lifecycle of our products
• Interact frequently with Product, Design, and other teams to ensure alignment in a paired programming environment
• Be a part of real-time feedback cycles to support growing and changing user needs
• Maintain a healthy and efficient codebase to support quality assurance and minimize defects

• 4+ years of software development experience
• Active Secret Clearance
• Experience in Full stack development with Java/SpringBoot
• Experience with React and other frontend JavaScript frameworks
• Experience with Agile and Lean philosophies
• Experience with Postgres databases
• Experience in Extreme Programming methodologies like Pair Programming and Test Driven Design

Nice to Have:

• Experience with AFSim or other modeling and simulation technologies
• Cloud and containerization experience
• Background in CI/CD and automation
• Domain knowledge with KRATOS

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in development using programming languages Java & C++

• Experiecne working in an Agile environment

• Experience with full software development lifecycle including design, code, test and deployment

• Strong communications and team working skills

• Willing to jump into a dynamic environment and learn quickly

• Must be a US Citizen
