Adobe Experience Architect

We are seeking a seasoned Adobe Experience Architect to join our technology leadership team. This role partners closely with Engineering and Product leaders to build scalable, customer-centric digital experiences.

The ideal candidate is deeply hands-on with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), has strong exposure to AI-driven content workflows (Adobe Firefly), and understands the rigor, scale, and compliance requirements of Banking and Financial Services organizations.

You will play a key role in enabling best-in-class digital experiences across web and digital channels., <>1. Architecture & Solution Design

• Define and own end-to-end architecture for AEM-based content platforms
• Design solutions across authoring, delivery, personalization, and integrations
• Ensure scalability, security, and high performance aligned with enterprise standards
• Act as a bridge between engineering, product, and experience design teams

<>2. AEM Content Platforms

• Lead architecture and development across:

• AEM Sites
• AEM Assets (DAM)
• Headless AEM use cases

• Establish best practices for:

• Templates, components, and workflows
• Content modeling and DAM governance

• Guide AEM Cloud Service adoption, upgrades, and optimization

<>3. AI & Intelligent Content (Adobe Firefly)

• Drive adoption of Adobe Firefly and AI-assisted content workflows
• Improve content velocity, reuse, and personalization
• Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams
• Ensure responsible AI usage within enterprise constraints
• Integrate AI capabilities into the content lifecycle

<>4. Engineering Leadership & Governance

• Provide architectural oversight and technical leadership
• Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices
• Define guardrails for:

• Performance
• Security
• Scalability
• Accessibility
• Compliance

• Support DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native deployment models

<>5. Financial Services Compliance

• Design solutions aligned with regulatory and compliance requirements
• Ensure data privacy, security, and platform readiness
• Collaborate with Risk, Security, and Compliance teams

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) in Architect or Senior roles
• Strong expertise in:

• AEM Sites, Assets, workflows, and integrations

• Experience with AI-enabled content workflows (preferably Adobe Firefly)
• Solid understanding of:

• Cloud architecture
• APIs and microservices
• Headless CMS patterns

• Experience in Banking / Financial Services / regulated environments
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
• Excellent communication skills (technical & non-technical audiences), + Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)

• Personalization and Analytics

• Knowledge of:

• CIAM and security patterns
• Data governance in Financial Services

• Experience leading or mentoring distributed teams
• Adobe certifications:

• AEM Architect / Developer / Cloud Service, * Workfront
