You. Platinum Technologies currently has an opportunity for a an experienced UX/UI Designer to support federal customer in providing usability expertise and user experience (UX) best practices for a government platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UX design, web usability, and wireframing, particularly in compliance with the U.S. Web Design System (USWDS). This role is remote and requires the ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust.

YOU MUST RESIDE IN THE UNITED STATES, * Bachelor's degree in UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field.

• Minimum of six (6) years of experience in UX/UI design, usability, or front-end design.

• Strong understanding of U.S. Web Design System (USWDS) and federal accessibility standards (Section 508, WCAG).

• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and customer journey maps using tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Axure.

• Ability to translate UX designs into detailed technical specifications for development teams.

• Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams.

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance. Preferred Skills.

• Experience designing UX solutions for government agencies or regulated environments.

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks to support UX recommendations.

• Familiarity with usability testing methods and tools.
