Requirements
- Extensive experience in ServiceNow (over 8 years).
- Proficiency with the ServiceNow FSO module.
- Strong understanding of banking operations and processes.
- Experience handling debit card disputes.
- Hands-on experience in configuring ServiceNow applications., * Over 8 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow.
- Certified in CIS CSM (Certified Implementation Specialist - Customer Service Management).
- In-depth knowledge of the banking industry.
- Familiarity with financial services operations (FSO).
- Strong computer skills and technical proficiency.
- Traveling is required once a month to Cincinnati, Ohio.
