IT Support Technician

• · The IT Support Technician will travel to Angel View locations to diagnose and troubleshoot in person as assigned.
• Troubleshooting: Critical thinking and analysis to find root causes and proposed solutions for issues with Windows workstations, printers, scanners, other peripherals, and various software products
• Deployment: Unboxing, preparation and deployment of hardware to end-users including Windows desktop computers and laptops, iPhones, iPads.
• Routine computer maintenance and cable management.
• Assist in Installation of network hardware including firewalls, switches and wireless access points
• Other duties as assigned: Assisting the Network Administrator to further Angel View's use of technology in pursuit of our mission to support adults and children with disabilities

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• 2 years experience installing computers and printers in a network environment.
• Experience with Windows computers and Microsoft Office 365 suite of products.

PHYSICAL CHARACTERISTICS:

• Must be able to lift/push/pulling up to 50 lbs
• Standing, walking, sitting for long periods of time
• Ability to work in confined work spaces and climb ladders
• May be required to climb stairs or ramps occasionally, * Would you be able to stand, walk, and sit for long periods of time?
• Do you possess the ability to work in confined workspaces and climb ladders?
• Would you be able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs?
• Do you have the ability to read and comprehend English language?

Experience:

• installing computers and printers in a network environment: 2 years (Preferred)
• Windows computers & Microsoft Office 365 suite of products: 2 years (Preferred)
