We're seeking a #curious, #nimble, and #committed Senior Salesforce Functional Consultant ready to transform complex revenue processes into seamless Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions. You will also work alongside a team of senior consultants and Salesforce architects who will support your growth and help you deliver impactful, scalable Revenue Cloud implementations ., You will work with a modern and comprehensive Salesforce ecosystem, including:
- Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ, Billing, Advanced Approvals) as the core platform
- Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud for integrated CRM and customer journeys
- Salesforce Flow, Apex, and LWC for automation and customization
- Agile delivery and collaboration tools ( Jira, Confluence, Miro, Lucidchart )
- ERP and third-party integrations (SAP, NetSuite, MuleSoft, middleware platforms)
Depending on the project, you may also gain exposure to Data Cloud, Einstein Analytics, and next-generation Revenue Intelligence capabilities ., * Lead discovery sessions and workshops to capture and document client business requirements related to revenue management, pricing, quoting, and billing.
- Design and configure Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions including product catalog, pricing models, CPQ rules, approval processes, contracts, and billing schedules.
- Produce high-quality functional deliverables: functional specifications, solution design documents, data mapping, and test scripts .
- Collaborate with technical teams (developers, architects, integration specialists) to ensure alignment between functional design and technical implementation.
- Drive UAT planning, execution, and sign-off in close collaboration with client business teams.
- Manage change management, training, and end-user adoption activities to ensure successful go-live and long-term platform success.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, proactively identifying opportunities to optimize revenue processes and expand Salesforce value.
- Contribute to pre-sales activities including RFP responses, solution demonstrations, and effort estimation.
- Mentor junior consultants and support the development of internal Revenue Cloud best practices and delivery frameworks.
- Stay ahead of the curve on Salesforce product releases and Revenue Cloud roadmap to bring innovative recommendations to clients.
Examples of projects you might work on:
- Implementing end-to-end CPQ and Billing solutions for a multinational SaaS company migrating from legacy quoting tools.
- Redesigning subscription billing and revenue recognition processes for a telecom provider transitioning to usage-based pricing models.
- Rolling out advanced approval workflows and guided selling for a global manufacturing company's sales teams across 10+ countries.
- Integrating Salesforce Revenue Cloud with SAP and a custom ERP to unify order-to-cash data across finance and sales operations.
- Deploying a Revenue Cloud solution for a large international NGO to streamline grant management, donor invoicing, and multi-currency billing across 15 countries - enabling real-time visibility into funding streams and improving financial reporting for regulatory compliance.
Requirements

- You don't speak English AND Dutch or French, * Fluent in Dutch or French and English.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics , or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of Salesforce functional consulting experience , with at least 3 years focused on Revenue Cloud (CPQ and/or Billing).
- Strong expertise in quote-to-cash (Q2C) processes : product catalog, pricing rules, approval workflows, contracts, invoicing, and revenue recognition.
- Proven track record of leading end-to-end Revenue Cloud implementations from discovery and design to deployment and hypercare.
- Active Salesforce certifications (Revenue Cloud Consultant, CPQ Specialist, Administrator) - additional certifications are a strong plus.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear functional designs and scalable Salesforce configurations .
- Experience conducting workshops, fit/gap analysis, and user story writing with business and technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Salesforce integration patterns and how Revenue Cloud connects with ERP, finance systems, and external platforms.
- Client-oriented attitude with strong communication and stakeholder management skills (written and oral).
- Ability to mentor junior consultants and contribute to the growth of the Salesforce practice.
