Join our dynamic Service Demand Planning organization as Data Scientist & Data Analyst (f/m/d), where your expertise will drive business continuity and innovation! How You'll Make an Impact
- Design, develop, and validate advanced statistical and machine learning models to enhance service demand forecast accuracy
- Research and implement new modeling techniques to tackle complex business challenges within the supply chain and planning domain
- Deploy and maintain predictive models in a production environment, ensuring their reliability and performance
- Perform in-depth analysis of large datasets to uncover key trends and actionable insights for demand planning
- Manage the lifecycle of data science projects, providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members, * Master's degree or PhD in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or Mathematics
- Significant professional experience in a data science or data analyst role, with a proven track record in developing and deploying predictive models, * The professional and personal development of our employees is very important to us. Requirements
- Experience in supply chain, logistics, or demand planning environments is highly advantageous
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and R, along with strong skills in SQL and data visualization tools like Power BI
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and mentor junior professionals effectively
