Join our dynamic Service Demand Planning organization as Data Scientist & Data Analyst (f/m/d), where your expertise will drive business continuity and innovation! Imagine leading the charge in expanding advanced predictive modeling techniques while championing digitalization efforts that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and speed. You will develop and deploy cutting-edge predictive models, conduct comprehensive data analysis, and manage impactful data science projects. Your role will not only focus on innovating forecasting methods but also on embedding them into practical business workflows, ensuring that your contributions make a real difference in our operations. How You'll Make an Impact

  • Design, develop, and validate advanced statistical and machine learning models to enhance service demand forecast accuracy
  • Research and implement new modeling techniques to tackle complex business challenges within the supply chain and planning domain
  • Deploy and maintain predictive models in a production environment, ensuring their reliability and performance
  • Perform in-depth analysis of large datasets to uncover key trends and actionable insights for demand planning
  • Manage the lifecycle of data science projects, providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members, * Master's degree or PhD in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or Mathematics
  • Significant professional experience in a data science or data analyst role, with a proven track record in developing and deploying predictive models, * The professional and personal development of our employees is very important to us. Requirements

  • Experience in supply chain, logistics, or demand planning environments is highly advantageous
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and R, along with strong skills in SQL and data visualization tools like Power BI
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and mentor junior professionals effectively
