Job description

  • Lead the development of scalable and high-performance React-based UI applications
  • Design and implement Micro Frontend architecture for enterprise applications
  • Handle production issues, debugging, and performance optimization
  • Build and manage CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and rollback strategies on Azure
  • Collaborate with backend teams (basic understanding of Java Spring Boot)
  • Drive cloud migration initiatives (On-Prem to Azure) following standardized processes
  • Develop reusable components and enforce best practices in UI development
  • Ensure responsive design systems and cross-browser compatibility
  • Work closely with global teams and manage onsite-offshore coordination
  • Lead technical discussions, code reviews, and mentor team members

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 13-15 years overall IT experience.

  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, DOM manipulation, and OOP concepts

  • Extensive hands-on experience in ReactJS and modern front-end development

  • Experience in building Micro Frontend applications

  • Expertise in Redux, Context API, React Hooks

  • Experience with GraphQL, Apollo Client, Axios, Fetch APIs

  • Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, and responsive design

  • Experience with Azure cloud and DevOps pipelines (CI/CD)

  • Familiarity with Git/TFS version control systems

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
