Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable Java Spring Boot applications on Azure
Take ownership of production support, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution
Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines, including deployment, rollback, and release management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for on-prem to cloud migration initiatives
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams
Coordinate with onsite and offshore teams to ensure smooth delivery
Participate in application modernization and microservices architecture initiatives
Contribute to frontend development using React (as needed)
Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and design patterns

Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 13-15 years overall IT experience.
Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (App Services, AKS, DevOps, etc.)
Experience in CI/CD pipeline creation and deployment management
Solid understanding of OOP concepts and design patterns
Working knowledge of ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS/SCSS
Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, and API integration tools (Axios, Fetch, Apollo Client)
Familiarity with Micro Frontend architecture
Experience with state management (Redux, Context API, React Hooks)
Proficiency with version control tools (Git, TFS)
