Job description
- Supporting an Oracle Financial Crimes Platform (FCP) product implemented onprem
- Platform supports AML (AntiMoney Laundering) monitoring under the SCCM umbrella
- System ingests all bank transactions via batch (especially payments)
- Oracle models analyze transaction patterns and generate alerts for suspicious activity
- Heavy batch careandfeeding required due to complexity and volume
- Multiple batch frequencies: daily, weekly, monthly

Focuses on cash transactions over $10K

Monitors across all banking channels

Different integration patterns than payment transactions
Ongoing focus on security vulnerabilities across the platform
Level & Support Expectations
- This is a Level 1 production support role, but requires seniorlevel experience
- Looking for someone with tenure and depth, not junior support
- Acts as a technical liaison to Oracle Support when issues cannot be resolved internally
- Requires comfort operating in a regulated, auditdriven environment
DaytoDay Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot batch processing and job schedules
- Manage and remediate security findings and vulnerabilities
- Handle internal production issues, tickets, and incident escalations
- Implement and validate job scheduling changes and optimizations
- Investigate platform variances and performance issues
- Support ongoing operational stability of AML monitoring systems

Version 8.1.1 preferred; open to other 8.x versions
UNIX
- Heavily used; strong commandline and scripting experience required
Oracle Database
- PL/SQL
- Stored Procedures

- Javabased Oracle implementation
WebSphere
Monitoring & Diagnostics
- Dynatrace preferred (open to comparable monitoring tools)
