Software Engineer - Cybersecurity Applications

Day to Day Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and development of cybersecurity applications.
• Build high-quality software using JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
• Develop APIs and data integrations with GraphQL, MongoDB, and SQL (MSSQL preferred).
• Integrate secure coding practices and partner with cybersecurity teams on risk mitigation.
• Support CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Jenkins.
• Deploy and operate solutions on Kubernetes using configuration-as-code (YAML/TOML).
• Review and analyze large-scale technology solutions for tactical and strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with senior technology teams and external industry groups to resolve complex issues.
• Mentor peers and contribute to secure development practices.

• Software Engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and related frameworks (Node.js, React, TypeScript).
• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP preferred).
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB, SQL, and GraphQL.
• Experience with Autosys scheduling and enterprise pipeline workflows.
• Familiarity with CI/CD protocols, governance, and pipeline policies.
• Cybersecurity exposure with ability to integrate secure coding practices.
