Job description
As the Program Manager for Business Enablement, you will bridge the gap between technical strategy and business needs. You will manage a technical support team, oversee a Community of Practice, and ensure the successful delivery of Power Platform training and governance.
Requirements
- 7+ Years in Technical Program Management or Enterprise Application Delivery.
- 7+ Years of proven experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps & Power Automate).
- Leadership: Strong experience managing teams, strategy, and operations simultaneously.
- Communication: Exceptional executive presentation skills and the ability to partner with senior leadership.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of Governance, IT security, and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Power BI or Dataverse.
- Relevant Certifications (Power Platform or Azure).
- Experience in change management or public-sector environments.
