We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 AI Developer with strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), Power Platform, and AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and enhance enterprise applications while leveraging Copilot Studio and AI Builder to deliver intelligent automation and conversational AI capabilities., * 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.

• Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Dynamics 365 SDK.
• Strong experience with Copilot Studio, conversational AI design, and AI Builder.
• Knowledge of solution packaging, deployment, and version control., * Experience with PCF controls and Power Pages.
• Exposure to Azure AI Services and modern data integration frameworks.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and Agile methodologies.
