Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform Engineer

The consultant will be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting scalable Dynamics 365 solutions while collaborating closely with technical teams, stakeholders, and business users., * Design, develop, and implement enterprise solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform

• Build and maintain Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps)
• Develop Power Automate workflows, approvals, and automation solutions
• Customize Dynamics 365 modules including Customer Service, Field Service, and related applications
• Develop C# plugins, custom workflows, JavaScript form scripting, and integrations
• Design and manage Dataverse entities, relationships, and enterprise data models
• Develop and support integrations with Azure Functions, REST APIs, SharePoint, SQL, and third-party systems
• Support data migration, API development, and system integrations
• Configure role-based security, governance, and compliance controls
• Manage ALM processes, deployments, patching, and environment promotions
• Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize applications
• Maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and support procedures
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions
• Provide production support, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform Engineer to support enterprise business applications, workflow automation, integrations, and cloud-based solutions in a large-scale enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Dataverse, Power BI, integrations, and enterprise application architecture., * 5+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience

• 5+ years of Power Platform experience (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
• Strong experience with Dataverse and enterprise data modeling
• Experience with C#, JavaScript, REST APIs, SQL Server, and Azure integrations
• Experience with Microsoft Active Directory / Azure AD
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, XML, and web technologies
• Strong knowledge of workflow design and automation
• Experience with enterprise application architecture and integrations
• Experience with ALM, deployments, and environment management
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience building and deploying Dynamics solution packages
• Experience with security, governance, HIPAA, CJIS, or regulated environments
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 GCC/Government environments
• Public sector or enterprise healthcare environment experience preferred

Education: Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
