Job description
To provide technical and operational support for all information technology and communications systems for the corporation. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Must be able to perform these responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodation.)
- Provide first-level support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
- Assist with the setup and maintenance of user accounts and access permissions.
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security
systems.
- Document and track IT support requests and resolutions.
- Manage Office 365 environment (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams).
- Manage backups.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to implement new technologies and improvements.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users on various software and hardware topics.
- Stay up to date with the latest technology trends and best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge and experience in Windows.
- Knowledge and experience in cloud computing (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Strong Office365 skills (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Power BI , Power Automate\ and other MS Office applications).
- Experience in supporting mobile devices (smart phones, tablets).
- Familiarity with network protocols, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills., * Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) are a plus.
