TELECOMMUTE .NET Core Developer - Healthcare

Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET Core and C# * Develop and support background processes (console applications, batch jobs, schedulers) * Work with SQL Server for database design, T-SQL development, and performance tuning * Enhance and support existing healthcare applications * Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and data security standards * Troubleshoot production issues and optimize system performance * Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders

5-7 years of experience in .NET Core / C# development * Strong experience with background processing (batch jobs, schedulers, console applications) * Strong SQL Server skills (T-SQL, stored procedures, performance tuning) * Experience with REST APIs / Web Services * Experience working with HIPAA-compliant healthcare systems (Conduent preferred) * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills: * Experience as an EDI Programmer (HIPAA transactions such as 834, 835, 837, etc.) * Experience with job schedulers (e.g., JAMS, Control-M) * Experience with file processing and automation workflows * Familiarity with Azure or other cloud technologies
