NET Core Developer

We are looking for a .NET Core Developer with strong experience in building and supporting enterprise-grade applications within the US Healthcare domain. This role involves working on data-intensive systems, developing background processing solutions, and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards such as HIPAA. The ideal candidate brings solid technical expertise along with an understanding of healthcare workflows and data exchanges., * Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using .NET Core and C# * Build and support background processing systems such as console applications, batch jobs, and schedulers * Work extensively with SQL Server for database design, query optimization, and performance tuning * Enhance, maintain, and support existing healthcare applications * Ensure adherence to HIPAA compliance and data security standards * Diagnose and resolve production issues, ensuring high system reliability and performance

10 years of hands-on experience in .NET Core and C# development * Strong experience with background processing frameworks (batch jobs, schedulers, console apps) * Advanced knowledge of SQL Server (T-SQL, stored procedures, indexing, performance tuning) * Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs / web services * Exposure to US Healthcare systems and HIPAA-compliant environments * Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Preferred Qualifications * Experience working with Conduent applications or similar healthcare platforms * Hands-on experience as an EDI Developer (transactions like 834, 835, 837) * Familiarity with job scheduling tools such as JAMS or Control-M * Experience in file-based processing and automation workflows * Exposure to Azure or cloud-based environments
