Job description
- Develop and maintain system models using SysML/MBSE tools
- Define system architecture, interfaces, and requirements
- Ensure traceability across requirements, design, and implementation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment
- Support system validation, integration, and lifecycle activities
Requirements
We are looking for an experienced Systems Engineer to drive system architecture, modeling, and requirements across medium-to-large scale programs., * 14+ years of Systems Engineering experience in medium to large programs
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, etc.)
- Experience with tools like JIRA and Confluence
- Strong background in requirements management and system architecture, * Experience with SysML tools such as Cameo Systems Modeler, MagicDraw, or IBM Engineering Systems Design Rhapsody
- INCOSE certification (ASEP/CSEP) or equivalent
