Build, develop, and implement web applications using modern front-end technologies

Collaborate within a Scrum team to analyze day-to-day tasks and deliver iterative solutions

Enforce to established coding standards and engineering guidelines

Build and implement appropriate unit, integration, and deployment tests

Collaborate optimally with distributed teams and multi-functional partners

Front End/UI Development

Proven experience with JavaScript and modern JavaScript frameworks
Familiarity with MVC frameworks such as:
- AngularJS
- Angular (2+)
- Backbone.js or similar frameworks
- Experience building complex, interactive user interfaces
Solid understanding of Responsive Web Design:
- Fluid grids
- Responsive layouts
- Cross-device compatibility
Web Technologies:
- HTML5, including HTML5 APIs
- CSS3 and modern CSS features
- CSS frameworks and preprocessors such as SASS
- DOM manipulation and browser behavior understanding
Requirements
UI Design & Accessibility:
- Experience implementing responsive web design using CSS frameworks
- Familiarity with accessibility aware UI development
- Experience working with branded, customer-facing web applications
Software Engineering & Dev Practices:
- Understanding of software design principles for maintainable and extensible systems
Experience with:
- Continuous Integration (CI)
- Unit testing
- Test Driven Development (TDD)
- Automated integration testing
- Static code analysis
- Familiarity with modern build and deployment strategies
- Agile/Scrum experience in an enterprise environment
- Experience designing APIs and creating RESTful microservices
- Experience developing and scaling Docker-based applications
- Cloud and Platform Experience (preferred)
- Proven experience building and deploying solutions on public cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred)
- Familiarity with backend platforms such as Java or .NET is a plus
- Exposure to enterprise Content Management Systems (CMS) is a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
