Job description
We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst to support leasing space data initiatives within the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) domain. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data modeling, SQL querying (PostgreSQL & Snowflake), and leveraging AI tools for data analysis and insights., * Analyze and support leasing space data initiatives within the CRE domain
- Understand and work with complex data models and relationships
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries (PostgreSQL, Snowflake)
- Perform data analysis and derive actionable insights
- Leverage AI tools for data exploration, insights, and automation
- Connect to databases and extract relevant datasets
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience as a Data Analyst / Data Engineer
- Strong expertise in SQL (PostgreSQL & Snowflake)
- Strong understanding of data models and data relationships
- Experience connecting to databases and running queries
- Experience using AI tools for data analysis and insights
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, * Experience in Commercial Real Estate (CRE) domain
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Management, Information Science, or Business Analytics
