UiPath / RPA Developer

• Analyze and enhance existing UiPath automation workflows and process configuration files.
• Implement AI-driven document intelligence and OCR-based processing for financial operations.
• Automate complex accounting cycles including invoice processing, exceptions, and financial reporting.
• Integrate robotic process automation solutions with JD Edwards ERP and internal databases.
• Design and deploy agentic workflows to drive next-generation intelligent automation use cases.
• Troubleshoot production bot issues and identify opportunities for performance optimization.
• Partner with finance leadership to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

• 5 or more years of experience in UiPath development, including Studio, Orchestrator, and REFramework.
• Proficiency in AI-enabled automation, agentic workflows, and intelligent document processing.
• Experience in automating financial workflows such as Accounts Payable, Payroll, and AR.
• Experience with JD Edwards ERP integration and document management systems like OnBase.
• Experience in OCR technologies and UiPath Document Understanding for high-volume processing.
• Experience with production support, bot optimization, and scalability for existing automation initiatives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
