Job description
We are seeking a skilled SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) Developer to design, implement, and maintain cloud-based identity governance solutions. The candidate will work on identity lifecycle management, application integrations, and automation using SailPoint ISC (IdentityNow), ensuring secure and compliant access across enterprise systems., * Design and implement identity governance solutions using SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC)
- Configure identity lifecycle management (Joiner, Mover, Leaver JML processes)
- Develop and manage application integrations using REST APIs, SCIM, and Web Services
- Configure sources, identity profiles, access profiles, and roles
- Implement provisioning, de-provisioning, and access request workflows
- Customize workflows using SailPoint ISC rules (cloud rules) and event triggers
- Develop and manage IdentityNow transforms for data mapping and correlation
- Perform access certifications, policy enforcement, and compliance reporting
- Troubleshoot identity sync, aggregation, and provisioning issues
- Work with cloud infrastructure and ensure secure deployment practices
- Collaborate with stakeholders, security teams, and application owners
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) / IdentityNow
- Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) concepts
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON, SCIM, and web services integration
- Knowledge of identity lifecycle management (JML)
- Experience with identity profiles, roles, access profiles, and policies
- Familiarity with provisioning workflows and event-based triggers
- Basic scripting knowledge (Java, JavaScript, or Beanshell is a plus)
- Understanding of cloud platforms and SaaS architecture
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) (good to have)
- Knowledge of Azure AD, Active Directory, LDAP
- Familiarity with DevOps tools (Git, CI/CD pipelines)
- Understanding of compliance frameworks (SOX, GDPR, ISO 27001)
- SailPoint certifications (IdentityNow Engineer / ISC Certification)
