Job description
- Architect and deploy sophisticated full-stack features across core marketplace flows, directly enhancing conversion rates, system performance, and platform reliability.
- Engineeer end-to-end solutions encompassing sleek UI components, robust API integrations, complex data modeling, and comprehensive telemetry.
- Synthesize pragmatic development patterns within a modern Next.js App Router environment, optimizing for efficient routing, strategic caching, and seamless error handling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to design resilient API contracts that prioritize low-latency interfaces and sustainable performance budgets.
- Champion technical excellence by implementing rigorous testing frameworks and observability suites to ensure operational readiness for critical workflows.
- Translate intricate system logic into intuitive, high-trust user experiences in partnership with Product and Design stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement of the production ecosystem through insightful code reviews, automated dashboards, and proactive system tracing.
Requirements
- Expertise: 4+ years of professional experience building and scaling production-grade web or mobile applications.
- Technical Versatility: Proven fluency across the full stack, with the ability to navigate backend frameworks (such as Ruby on Rails) and frontend libraries (React/TypeScript) with total autonomy.
- Systems Design: Demonstrated proficiency in API development and database architecture, including schema optimization and advanced query performance.
- Product Intuition: A strategic mindset focused on UX precision, performance metrics, and data-driven outcomes.
- Engineering Rigor: Deep commitment to clean code, disciplined testing (Playwright/RSpec), and the creation of reusable architectural patterns.
