Citrix Engineer

Our client is looking for a Citrix Engineer who thrives in complex enterprise environments and enjoys solving large-scale infrastructure challenges that directly impact business operations. If you enjoy driving improvements, collaborating across infrastructure teams, and helping shape the future of enterprise end-user computing, this role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact., * Engineer, support, and optimize a large-scale Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops (CVAD) environment supporting thousands of daily user sessions

• Troubleshoot and resolve performance, connectivity, profile, and application delivery issues across the enterprise EUC platform
• Perform upgrades, patching, lifecycle management, and ongoing maintenance for Citrix infrastructure components including Citrix Cloud, StoreFront, Director, and NetScaler/ADC
• Drive security hardening, infrastructure baselining, monitoring improvements, and operational resiliency initiatives
• Partner with infrastructure, networking, security, and application teams on modernization efforts, migration planning, and future-state EUC strategy discussions

• 5+ years of hands-on Citrix engineering experience within large enterprise environments
• Strong expertise with Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops (CVAD), Citrix Cloud, StoreFront, Citrix Director, NetScaler/ADC, and Group Policy/profile management
• Experience supporting highly available, enterprise-scale infrastructure with a strong focus on performance optimization and troubleshooting
• Background in Windows Server administration, virtualization technologies, and security hardening initiatives
• Exposure to Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), PowerShell scripting, automation, or EUC modernization/migration projects is highly preferred
