Job description

We are seeking a motivated and analytically strong Business Applications Analyst to support cross-functional business improvement and transformation initiatives aligned to company objectives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving business problems, improving processes, and partnering across teams to drive operational efficiency. The analyst will contribute to transformation efforts through data-driven insights, solid project execution, and effective communication, while continuing to build program management and change management expertise., Business & Process Analysis

  • Analyze current business processes, systems, and workflows to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.

  • Partner with business stakeholders to document requirements, pain points, and desired outcomes.

Operational Improvements

  • Support initiatives to streamline operations, improve productivity, and enhance user and customer experiences.

  • Assist in developing recommendations backed by data and best practices.

Strategic Initiative Support

  • Partner with Business Leads and project owners to support the planning, execution, and tracking of cross-functional initiatives.

  • Help ensure initiatives remain aligned with defined goals, timelines, and success metrics.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with teams such as Sales, Finance, Operations, Product, and Technology to support successful execution of projects.

  • Act as a connector between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Project & Program Management

  • Create and maintain project artifacts including project plans, timelines, risk logs, status updates, and action trackers.

  • Track milestones, dependencies, issues, and risks; escalate concerns as appropriate.

Change Management Support

  • Assist with change management activities such as documentation, training materials, stakeholder readiness tracking, and communications to support adoption of new processes or tools.

Stakeholder Communication & Reporting

  • Prepare clear and concise status reports, dashboards, and presentations for project teams and leadership.

  • Communicate progress, risks, and recommendations in a timely and professional manner.

Performance Monitoring

  • Support the tracking and analysis of KPIs and project success metrics; help identify trends and insights to inform next steps.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, operations, program/project management, or a related role.

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in areas such as Finance, Sales, Operations, Product, Technology, Customer Experience, or Customer Success.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting information to diverse audiences.

  • Familiarity with project management concepts and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Lean, etc.).

  • Experience using project or work management tools such as Asana, Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar; ServiceNow SPM is a plus.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

  • Demonstrated improvements in process efficiency, project execution, or stakeholder satisfaction.

  • Consistent delivery of project commitments on time and with high quality.

  • Positive feedback from business partners on collaboration, communication, and analytical support.

  • Increased adoption and effective use of new processes, tools, or systems supported by the role

Benefits & conditions

The pay range for this position is $90,900 to $130,700. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and work location. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible to participate in a performance-based bonus plan and to receive restricted stock unit awards as part of total compensation.
