Senior .NET Blazor Developer / Technical Lead

We are seeking an experienced Senior .NET Blazor Developer / Technical Lead with strong expertise in designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-level web applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, application modernization, and leading technical teams in delivering scalable and secure software solutions., * Lead the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise web-based applications.

• Analyze software application workflows and business processes to identify system improvements, efficiencies, and optimization opportunities.
• Perform root cause analysis, troubleshooting, debugging, and resolution of complex application issues.
• Design and develop scalable applications using .NET/C#, ASP.NET, Blazor, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, SQL Server, and Oracle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirements gathering, software enhancements, system modifications, and ongoing maintenance.
• Lead SDLC activities from project scope, architecture, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Coordinate with organizational change control boards, release management teams, and deployment schedules.
• Implement secure coding standards and software modifications to support information security and network integrity requirements.
• Review, validate, and approve code developed by team members to ensure coding standards and quality compliance.
• Prepare technical documentation, release notes, deployment guides, and environment change documentation.
• Conduct software demonstrations and technical presentations to stakeholders and customers.
• Utilize Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Azure DevOps and Jira for project tracking and delivery.
• Ensure responsive web design standards, accessibility compliance (WCAG), and performance optimization.

• 8+ years of experience in software application development and SDLC project delivery.
• 8+ years of experience developing web-based applications using .NET/C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, HTML, HTML5, CSS, SQL, Stored Procedures, SQL Server, and Oracle.
• 8+ years of experience in application administration, management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• 8+ years of experience leading SDLC projects from requirements through deployment and production support.
• 6+ years of experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• 6+ years of experience collaborating across teams for requirements gathering and software implementation.
• 5+ years of experience implementing application security enhancements and network security standards.
• 5+ years of experience leading development teams, performing code reviews, and validating technical deliverables.
• 5+ years of experience preparing technical documentation and release management artifacts.
• 4+ years of experience using Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar project management tools.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with C# .NET Blazor.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience migrating applications from Java to C# .NET Blazor.
• Strong understanding of responsive web design and accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Previous experience working with TDA systems.
• Experience with cloud-based deployments and DevOps practices.
